We include 24/7 support for every customer and we are constantly adding service support personnel as we grow to ensure our service continues to outpace the competition.
Fireblast Global has full time personnel assigned to the Customer Service/Technical Support division. Our technicians offer over the phone support as well as internet remote access support for immediate service. In the event a sight visit is required, a Fireblast representative will respond to your facility for service. These support services are extended throughout the ownership of your Fireblast product. After completion of the warranty, annual maintenance contracts can be purchased. They offer annual visits for general service and system calibration. With the extended maintenance contract, system software upgrades are included with each visit to provide the most up to date versions of newly designed safety features.
