SYSTEM OVERVIEW

PURPOSE-BUILT THERMAL PROTECTION

Thermablast™ is a panel-and-batten thermal lining system constructed from pretreated calcium-silicate material and installed on a metal support frame.

The system creates a protective thermal barrier between the heat source and the surrounding structure. A designed air gap further helps interrupt conductive heat transfer while supporting insulation and structural protection.

Its modular construction allows individual lining components to be repaired or replaced as needed, helping extend the usable life of the surrounding structure. The calcium-silicate material is noncombustible and does not contain asbestos.
